Athletics Research will gladly accept returns on unworn and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund and will cover the return shipping on all U.S. orders with a pre-paid return label. While we don’t currently offer exchanges, you can generate a free return label by visiting our Return Portal. Be sure to have your order number and email address ready.
We currently do not offer free returns for international orders. Customers outside of the U.S. will be responsible for return shipment and cost.
Athletics Research is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
1. Start a Return
Go to our Returns Portal or My Account > Order History to initiate the return. Enter the order number and email address linked to your online order. You will receive a return-initiated confirmation email with a FREE pre-paid label.
2. Return Label
Download and print your FREE pre-paid return label attached to the email confirming your return request has been received.
Affix the pre-paid label to the original package.
3. Get Your Return Ready
Place new and unused items in the original package. Please do not combine multiple returns into one package and in contrast, do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes. This can cause delays of up to 14 business days.
4. Drop Off Your Package
Drop off your package at a nearby UPS location. Keep your tracking number handy so you can track when your return is received. Our return window is 30 days from delivery.

Processing & Refunds
Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued!
We will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding the original shipping charges that may have applied to your order) upon receiving your return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
All bodysuits, underwear, or items marked “Final Sale” are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased. Athletics Research does not accept returns from third-party retailers.
GIFT CARD REFUNDS
Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment methods) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid to the other original payment.
RETURNS IN-STORE
You may return full-price merchandise purchased in-store to any Athletics Research store for a full refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase. For cash transactions, any returns that meet the policy criteria can be credited to a gift card. You may also return or exchange full-price merchandise for store credit within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise returned for exchange, store credit or refund must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid to the other original payment method.
